Set-IRTConfig
SYNOPSIS
Interactively updates IRT configuration settings.
SYNTAX
Set-IRTConfig [-Reset] [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Presents a menu of configuration settings. When the user selects a setting, shows a description and available options, then saves the new value.
